Delivery times

Please allow 30 days for delivery of any item.

Postage costs

All postage or delivery costs will be based on the size and type of the item, and the location of delivery.

Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days in good condition, as seen, as received in the original box, if available, and we will refund you no questions asked. Please ensure that you send the item registered or recorded post to the full value as we cannot be responsible for lost items and ensure they are returned in its unused original condition.

Exchanges

Any exchanges are subject to the owner's (Priory Collection) discretion. All items sold are second hand.
